Having just returned from a journey of sorts, I thought some literary journey trivia was in order. Every day for the next two weeks or so (except for Mondays, which are dedicated to poetry) I will post a hint about a journey that takes place between the covers of a book. Each day’s clue will include the answer to the previous day. A couple of things to keep in mind: not all of these books are fiction, and I won’t be naming characters – because that would be too easy.
Clue #1:
A family makes its slow way from Oklahoma to California in this 1939 classic.
