Classic literature – just the term can sound dry.
The good news is that among the huge body of work that is classic fiction, there are some titles and authors that are a pleasure to read. While this site can’t begin to feature a comprehensive survey of all classic lit, I can share some titles and authors that are special to me and that I find anything but dull.
Many of these titles are featured elsewhere in the site since they also fall into other categories. Visit frequently; as updates are added I will announce them in blog posts. For now, here is a start, in absolutely no order – sort of like a pile of books on the back table of an old library. What could be better??
